When you send an enquiry

The contact form requests your full name, company, business email, topic and description of your challenge. We use these details to respond, understand your request and prepare for a discussion or potential proposal. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or grant consent to analytics cookies.

The basis for processing is taking steps at your request before a potential contract, where applicable, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and communicating with company representatives.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, health data or confidential documents through the form. If an engagement requires additional information, we will agree an appropriate way to share it.

Analytics waits for your decision

We use Google Analytics 4 only with your consent. Before acceptance and after rejection, we do not load the Google Analytics tag or send analytics events through it. The contact form works regardless of your choice.

If you accept, analytics may process page views, interactions, device and browser information, traffic sources and approximate location. After a successful enquiry, we record an event containing the form name and selected topic category. Our code does not include your name, email, company or message in that event.

Google signals and advertising personalisation signals are disabled in our analytics configuration. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not itself erase data already processed. Contact us with questions about earlier data.

What is stored in your browser?

We store your choice in browser local storage so that you are not asked on every visit. This is not an analytics cookie. The preference applies to that browser and device only. Clearing site data prompts you to choose again.

Both acceptance and rejection remain valid for up to 180 days. We ask again when the choice expires. On rejection, we remove accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. If analytics was already running, the page reloads to stop its execution.

Who helps process the data?

We use ChatGPT Sites / Cloudflare hosting infrastructure, Resend to deliver contact enquiries by email, and a business email service. Google processes analytics data when you enable analytics. Infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services, including IP addresses and request logs.

To limit misuse of the contact form, our code temporarily uses the IP address in server memory within a 10-minute rate-limit window. It is not sent in our successful-enquiry analytics event.

Depending on the provider and its infrastructure, processing may take place outside Serbia, including in the United States. Locations, safeguards and processing terms depend on the service. Contact us for information about the handling of your enquiry or applicable transfer mechanisms.

How long is data kept?

We retain business correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related communication. If we begin working together, relevant documents are retained according to the purpose of the contract and applicable legal obligations. Retention may also be necessary to resolve disputes or protect legal claims.

The table lists the lifetimes of your cookie preference and analytics cookies. Retention inside Google Analytics is separate from cookie expiry and depends on the service settings. Contact us for information about specific data or to request deletion.

Your rights and how to contact us

Depending on the processing basis and applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through cookie settings.

Send requests to contact@clearsolutions.rs. To protect your data, we may ask only for information necessary to verify your identity before acting. If you believe your data is handled unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or another competent supervisory authority where applicable.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the site or its data handling changes. The latest revision date appears at the top. If we extend the purpose of optional analytics, we will request an appropriate new choice before enabling it.
