We discuss the problem, your existing systems and what you have already tried. We agree what needs a closer look and who from your team should be involved.
Diagnostic workshop
With the people who know the work, we examine a selected process, its data and the obstacles they encounter. We record where the problem arises and what still needs checking.
Recommended next steps
You receive a summary of what we have established and our proposed next step. Any further engagement has separately agreed deliverables, a timeline and a price.

You can involve us before an investment decision or during the project itself. For delivery, we agree whether MIDA contributes to development, connects systems or oversees another supplier’s work.

Once it is clear what needs to be built or connected, we define what MIDA, your team and other suppliers will each handle. We can contribute to development, integration or review of the delivered solution.

When your team manages several initiatives or works with other suppliers. We help assess proposals, scope changes and unresolved questions.
How ongoing advisory worksDURING DELIVERY
We check the agreed work before moving on.
These checks apply whether we contribute to development or provide delivery oversight. Before starting, we establish who prepares each deliverable, who reviews it and who decides on acceptance.
Assess and agree
With the process owner and users, we define the objective, rules, data, exceptions and scope boundaries. We confirm what the solution must support.
Design and validate
With your team, we review the proposed workflow and, where needed, a prototype. The development team prepares the proposal; the review checks that it fits the actual work before full development begins.
Build and test
As a development partner, we build and test our part of the solution. In an oversight role, we review the supplier’s progress, deliverables and test results. In both cases, users validate business scenarios and the process owner decides on acceptance.
Introduce and support
We check that the go-live plan covers training, documentation and handover, with responsibilities assigned to each participant. We agree how problems are reported, who maintains the solution and how future changes are assessed.
