DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION

Applications for your processes.
Connected to the systems you use.

We can join a project as a development partner, systems integrator or adviser overseeing another supplier’s delivery. Our role depends on the work required and the capabilities of your team and other partners.

We agree which part of the work MIDA takes on.

Development partner

We build the agreed application or part of it, independently or alongside your development team. The scope defines the features, testing and handover we are responsible for.

Systems integrator

We connect existing and new systems. With the teams involved, we agree data exchanges, access, checks and responsibility for keeping integrations running.

Delivery oversight

When another supplier leads development, we review the proposed solution, track progress and examine deliverables. We help your team assess what is ready for acceptance and what needs further work.

PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS WE WORK WITH

Work currently spread across spreadsheets, emails and systems.

Initiatives, investment and projects

From submitting a proposal and approving investment to assigning an owner and tracking dates, costs and delivery status. Client projects can also connect contracted services, invoicing and payment.

Day-to-day operations

Asset records and assignments, fleet operations, HR requests and employee portals. People can see who is responsible, what has been completed and what happens next.

Connections between existing systems

Data transfer and reconciliation between the ERP and operational applications, reducing repeated entry. We define the data source, checks and recovery process when a transfer fails.

Automation and AI for a specific task

Approvals, notifications, document processing and employee assistants. For AI, we define which sources it uses, what users must verify and when a person must take over.

INITIATIVES AND PROJECTS

Where you invest, what is complete and what remains unpaid.

Our experience includes building processes for initiative submission, multi-stage approval and delivery tracking. This connects an investment decision with an accountable owner, a plan and project status.

Internal initiatives track investment, costs and expected benefits. For client projects, the scope can include contract values, invoicing and payment, connected to financial records.

How these processes connect

What we check before go-live.

Confirm the scope first

With the process owner, we define roles, rules, data and exceptions. A prototype lets you check the workflow before full development begins.

Validate with the people who will use it

With users, we review the agreed scenarios and test results, including incorrect data, rejections and integration failures. In an oversight role, we report findings and required corrections to the supplier. The process owner decides whether to accept delivery.

Agree who will maintain it

Before go-live, we check that training, documentation and handover have been agreed. Your team needs to know who maintains the solution, how to report a problem and what support covers.

We work with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Dataverse and Fabric, alongside integrations with ERP and other business systems. We assess the choice against functionality, existing licences, access requirements and maintenance cost.
