Vehicle, cost, servicing and deadline records, including refrigeration equipment calibration and technical inspections. Drivers check vehicles, equipment and documents in the application before departure.
Outcome: Pre-departure checks and maintenance obligations are tracked in one place, with visibility of vehicle condition and upcoming deadlines.
Role: Analysis and implementation through a main contractor.

Records of IT equipment, software and consumables, covering assignments, servicing, documentation and change history.
Outcome: More accurate records and less operational effort.

Replacement of a legacy application with fixed asset records and mobile stocktaking, including SAP data imports and exports.
Outcome: Data is recorded on site, without later copying from Excel. Stocktaking progress is visible by location, user and equipment type.
Role: Analysis, delivery and maintenance through a main contractor.

Partnership with Marteco Digital
An employee management application that automates onboarding, promotions, offboarding, other changes and absence. Document preparation, team notifications and user account management are linked to HR changes.
Outcome: Less manual administration and fewer missed actions. HR, IT and accounting receive the notifications they need for the next steps.
Role: Process analysis and solution delivery.
Logistics · over 450 employees
A portal for HR requests, documents and employee information. It covers leave, benefits and the preparation of documents, equipment and accounts for new starters.
Outcome: Employees submit requests and track their status in one place. HR and IT have a clear view of tasks and responsibilities.
Role: Advisory and implementation through a main contractor.
Logistics
Connecting ERP and operational applications on Microsoft Fabric for financial reporting and profitability analysis by client and service.
Outcome: Finance and operations use a shared data foundation. The cloud solution reduces the need for on-premises infrastructure.
Role: Team leadership and delivery in collaboration with Marteco Digital.
Pharmaceuticals · logistics
Connecting proposals and contracts with logistics service billing. Planned scope includes ERP, warehouse and transport data, profitability checks and preparation for invoicing.
Status: Process and integration analysis is in progress. The aim is traceable billing that links each service to its agreed price and invoice line.
Role: Process and integration analysis and definition of the implementation scope.
Certification
Partnership with Marteco Digital
Digitalisation of the certification process, supporting documents and workflows. The first of three phases covers presales.
Status: Analysis complete. Phase 1 implementation and parallel development of phases 2 and 3 are in progress. Planned project completion: December 2026.
