03
What was delivered
The solution brings together vehicle records, reservations, servicing, registrations, costs and incidents. Integrations with ERP, the transport management system (TMS) and GPS, alongside fuel and toll imports, connect reporting data. Incident reporting, communication with the service provider and user updates are tracked in the application.
Confirmed outcome
Reports at a click. Less waiting.
Reports that previously took several days to prepare are now available at a click. Leadership can review the currently available fleet operations and cost data. Manual effort and delays between incident-handling steps have decreased, and progress is visible in the application.
Basis for the reported outcome
The time needed to obtain reports was compared before and after implementation. This account describes that change and the incident workflow; it is not a calculation of total staff hours saved.
